Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following exceptional cases:
- Technical Issue: If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a verified technical error on our end.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Incorrect Product Delivery: If you received a product that does not match the description or what was advertised.
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number and product name
- Description and evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages)
We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us immediately and notify your payment provider. We take security seriously and will assist in resolving the matter promptly.
